RCARA hosts semi-annual exhibitions in Gallery 434 at the Dr. Hector P Garcia Memorial Library in Mercedes, Texas. December 2023 we exhibited reproductions of Gerard Wagner's paintings of the Madonna and paintings by students, children and adults.
