Archetypal Animal- a student's painting of one of Rudolf Steiner's motifs
The RCARA acknowledges and supports the efforts of the Elisabeth Wagner School of Nature Moods Painting to spread the ideas of Rudolf Steiner's painting impulse. The RCARA works in collaboration with the school during many of its public events. During some of the painting classes, we are able to present short talks on the importance of the plant colors.
We take seriously the statement by Rudolf Steiner during a conversation with one of his painting students, Margarita Woloschin:
"If people do not cultivate the experience of the living qualities of colors in our day, and mechanical theories about the nature of color continue to spread, children will come into the world who will no longer be able to see colors, as they are no longer able to see the interweaving elementary beings in nature. For them, the world will appear in shades of grey"
The RCARA is particularly interested in reaching children and introducing them to living ideas and experiences with color. We are happy to be able to bring out 3 children's books this year. (see publications)
